Who do you sell to?
Business customers only: coworking and flexible-workspace operators, offices and other organisations buying for business use. We do not sell to consumers.
How much does a booth or pod cost?
It depends on the model, the quantity and your site. Where a model shows a price, it is a "from" price. Once we have confirmed the details with the manufacturer, you receive a fixed written quote. No VAT is charged: we are not VAT-registered.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lead times depend on the model. The lead time runs from the day we place the order with the manufacturer, which is after your payment has cleared. Your quote confirms the lead time for your model.
Why do I pay in full before delivery?
We place each order with the manufacturer only once your payment has cleared. Until then you can cancel for a full refund, and you pay nothing at all until you have accepted a fixed written quote. You pay by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice that names who you are paying, and our terms of sale are published.
Who installs it, and what do I need to arrange?
The manufacturer's installation team delivers and installs on site. You need a clear route in, power near the spot and someone to receive the team. Check fire detection and sprinkler cover with your building manager before you order. We ask about access, power and timing before we quote. See the site checklist.
What if something is wrong, or I need to cancel?
Before we order from the manufacturer you can cancel for a full refund. After that, the manufacturer's cancellation charges, if any, pass to you, and we tell you the amount before we deduct anything. Where the manufacturer gives a warranty, we send you its terms on request before you accept a quote. We pass it through and handle any claim for you.
