How it works
From first enquiry to installation, in four steps. You pay nothing until you accept a fixed written quote.
-
Tell us what you need
Use the quote form or email us. Include your site postcode, the floor and how people get to it, how many booths or pods you want, and when you need them.
-
We confirm and quote
We check the specification, price and lead time with the manufacturer, and whether it can deliver and install at your postcode. You get a fixed written quote, aiming for two working days. No VAT is charged: we are not VAT-registered.
-
You accept and pay
Accept the quote in writing. We send a pro-forma invoice with our bank details and a payment reference. You pay 100% by bank transfer. Nothing is payable before you accept.
-
The manufacturer installs
Once your payment has cleared, we place the order with the manufacturer. We tell you when it is ordered and when the date is confirmed. The manufacturer's team then delivers and installs on site.
What your quote tells you
- The total price, and what it includes, including delivery and installation.
- The lead time for your model, which runs from the day we place the order with the manufacturer.
- How long the quote is valid.
- Our payment terms and our terms of sale.

Getting the site ready
A few checks before you order save problems on the day.
- A clear route in. Measure doors, lifts, corridors and stairs. Pods usually arrive in sections and are assembled in place.
- Space. A one-person booth needs about the floor area of a desk. A four-person pod needs several times that. Check the ceiling height too.
- Power. Booths and pods usually need a mains socket close by. We confirm the requirement for your model.
- Fire detection and sprinklers. Check with your building manager before you order. We do not give fire-safety advice.
- Consent. If you rent your space, check whether your landlord needs to agree.
- A site contact. Someone must be there to receive the delivery and be reachable on the day.
If the site is not ready when the team arrives, the manufacturer may charge for the wasted visit. We would tell you the amount in writing before we charge you.
After installation
When the team has finished, check the installation with them and note any damage on the delivery paperwork. Tell us within 48 hours of anything you can see.
Where the manufacturer gives a warranty, we send you its terms on request before you accept a quote. If you need to make a claim, email us with your order reference and photographs. We deal with the manufacturer for you.
If you change your mind
Before we place the manufacturer order, you can cancel for a full refund. After that, the manufacturer's cancellation charges, if any, pass to you, and we tell you the amount in writing before we deduct anything. The details are in our terms of sale.
