About Stillroom
Stillroom is a small independent UK business. It is run by Sonny Ramsay, trading as Stillroom Workspace, and it supplies office phone booths and meeting pods to UK businesses.
What we do
We help you choose a phone booth or meeting pod that suits your space. We confirm the specification, price and lead time with the manufacturer and give you a fixed written quote. When you accept and pay, we place the order, and the manufacturer's team delivers and installs it.
What we do not do
- We do not make, warehouse or install the pods ourselves. The manufacturer's team delivers and installs them.
- We do not give fire-safety, structural or acoustic engineering advice. Your building manager and the manufacturer's published data are the right sources.
- We do not sell to consumers.
How we work
Everything is in writing. You receive a fixed written quote, then a pro-forma invoice that names who you are paying, and our terms of sale are published on this site. You pay by bank transfer. You can cancel for a full refund until we place the order with the manufacturer.
After installation we stay your contact for questions and for warranty claims, which we pass to the manufacturer.

Who we serve
We are focusing first on flexible-workspace and coworking operators, where members need somewhere to take calls on an open floor. We also aim to serve small and medium-sized offices that want a phone booth or a small meeting space.
